Hepl With Real Estate Aquistition Programs
I am looking for a good Real Estate Aquisition Program. I am aware of the software that was put out by Dr. Dolf de Ross. Has anyone used this software or is there something better on the market?

I think Dolf's Software sucks. It get's the job done, but I found it glitchy and an absolute pain in the butt to use. I prefer my Excel spreadsheet to his program.
