Help! Probate Question....
I am new to the whole "probate" thing and I have a lady who is interested in selling her mom's house. The house "becomes" hers in October. Are there any contingencies important for the contract to cover to protect me or to prevent her from selling to someone else during the process of the house being transferred to her? I meet with her tomorrow AM.......
