Help Please, Trading Asset For A Note Q
Greeting,
my husband and I need some cash for an overseas trip asap.
We have some land but of course selling takes some time.
My question is, do people trade assets for notes?
We thought we could perhaps trade our land for a performing note to get the funds we require.
Any advice greatly appreciated
