Help Needed With Purchase/rehab Any Ideas ?
I have a property that I am interested in purchasing, rehabbing and selling. I have approximately 30k available and my fico score is 600 (could be better). It will take roughly 60k to rehab it. Similar homes in area comp to 320+. I am looking for info how best to buy and where could I get funding for the purchase/rehab any creative ideas out there ?

Sorry I neglected to include the purchase price, asking 143k am in process of negotiation with owners.
