HELP - Need Good MA Attorney...
Hey folks,
I am actively searching for an attorney that works in Massachusetts who someone can refer me to that regularly handles creative real estate transactions (lease options, subject to, assignments, double closings, etc.).
Please help, even if you know of someone in the Northeast, because perhaps they may know of someone who can work with me up here.

Not too many RE attorneys are familiar with the "creative" side of real estate. You will find that most are involved in traditional real estate transactions be it commercial or residential. Ask other RE investors, realtors who they would recommend. I would also call a few attorneys who specialize in real estate or have an active RE practice and ask them what type of cases they handle on a consistent basis. RE is a pretty diverse practice area even in the law so its best to ask alot of questions.
