help me get out!

A couple of years ago, I took over payments on a 1993 single wide Clayton mobile home(2BR,2BA 16x66) set up in a park where I rent the lot. Now I'm looking to move. I have tried letting someone take over payments but my mortgage company(Conseco) says they won't do that anymore, so I'm trying to sell it . Problem is I owe $18,000 still which I think is more than what its worth. I plan on leaving all appliances including W/D. What are my options? Help please.

Lease it with the option to purchase.
These are easy to set up and tenant/buyers are out there waiting for this type of deal.

All Conseco is concerned with is getting paid. As long as you structure this correctly, Conseco will get paid, Your payments will get paid down and if the tenant/buyer doesn't buy it, do it all over again.

There is plenty of money to be made on these mobile homes, you just need to look in the right places.

    Thanks for posting.
