Help! Looking For Investors For Pre-foreclosed Properties (in Chicago Area)
I am a beggining investor who has come upon some income properties that have equity and potential. I don't have score or the resourcses to get started, but I have the faith and the desire not to give up! I am seeking limited partner(s) I have a great plan for those interested

I have unlimmited funds to purchase homes that you may find!!!
and to the other REi if you don't have the funds to buy them all.
Don't loose them you can still make $$$ just don't get greedy and you will have a place to assign/flip all day long
