Help For A Friend Who Needs Lease Option
Does anyone have a lease option contract they would be willing to share that favors the buyer? I have a girlfriend that wants to buy townhouse from a friend of hers. A lease option looks like a possibilty. I am helping them work through it, and would like to see contractual language that favors the buyer (since I easily found what appears to be seller language and have no comparison.) Thanks

You can ALWAYS rewrite a L/O to satisfy both...
Buyer&Seller...

If I were you, be prepared to do a re-write that is beneficial towards BOTH parties... Unless, of course, the Seller is a "laydown" then, by all means... Your friend has presented an agreement that is preferrential towards her... Which would be great!
Worst case, you've created a couple "versions" you can use later....
