HELP!! Approaching The Homeowner
I am new to this and interested in obtaining preforeclosure properties. I have approached 1 homeowner thus far and she definitely seems to be in denial. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to approach the owner? 
be very very sensitive about the things you say and listen to her talk about what happened in her life that got her in this situation. find out what the root cause of it is, and give her your suggestions of how to deal with it, which is sell me your home.
i usually write a letter prior to approaching anyone in person. it gives me the chance to initiate contact with the homeowner prior to me talking to them in person. might want to check it out for yourself...
