Hawaii Oceanfront
I am Looking for an equity partner. Funds needed are 33mm to take an a existing hotel and convert it to a timeshare resort in Hawaii expected return is well over 70mm. I have the property in contract but time is running out, my old partner backed out. Do not want to lose this deal as i am all in with about 2mm in due dilegents. This is a great deal anyone interested please contract me, willing to bring more than one parter in at this time. Time is the essence. Thank you

Not sure if you are still in the market for funding, if you are I work with private investors that might be interested if you have an Exectuive Summary or something to refer to, let me know and we can get looking at this and possibly get this funded for you!
