Have You Ever Read These Courses?

So, I've learned a crap load of stuff from reading these forums, but I feel like I need a course that takes me through L/O step by step (I'm just that kind of person). The courses I've found that I'm interested in are these:

"The Naked Investor" by Michael Carbonare and
"Lease Options" by Ray Como. I'm thinking about getting one of these two course. Have any of you guys read these and if so what are your thoughts?

Thanks

Don't know either the quality of either of these gurus. I did read a couple of articles by Ray Como and was unimpressed.

What's the matter can't stand to get +/- good advice for free?

Its not that I can't stand to get good free advice. I've got a severe learning disability so if things aren't laid out for me step by step it is extremely hard for me to understand anything. I know that sounds like a copout excuse but if you had to live with it every day you wouldn't think so. It's a very real thing and it really hampers my ability to learn and comprehend.

The stuff I have been able to understand about L/O and Subject To deals from this site is great! I mean, I'm starting to half way understand some of the stuff on here but it's taking a real long time to process. I think I would be better off if I had a course I could go through chapter by chapter and step by step. I bought John Lockes book on Sub2 and have read it almost thirty times and I'm just now getting to where I can explain it to others (some what).

    Thanks

Then try something with audio you might understand better.

I can definately relate to your problem. I have the exact same learning disability and it's hard, it's even harder when people don't understand the mechanics of the problem. My problem also effects my memory at times.

Learning from audio programs don't really help. What helps is watching someone actually doing and going through the motions. We are called visual learners and we just try harder and still get criticized cause they think we're just not to bright. I have above average I.Q. but the problem persists.

Just keep trying and do what works best for you.

    Best of luck Gonzo

Yep, exactly. I can read and read about how to do something and never really "get it" but if you show me once, man I can do it for the rest of my life. Oh well, its something we've been dealing with all of our lives and will continue to. Thanks for the encouragement.
