Have Large Buyers List Now What ?
I had a property for sale (contract in one day) phone kept ringing off the hook. I took callers names, numbers, what they were looking for, etc of everyone that called. I currently have 4 other contacts to purchase under negotiations with sellers and if they come back in my favor I'm looking at assigning a few. I put very little earnest money down so I can walk away without getting hurt, but I'd rather pass these deals on. Now what 
My previous experience has been traditional closings where title has passed directly to me and I throw a sale sign on the property and sell it FSBO to end user.
I guess what I'm asking is can someone with exp. give me a link or advice in cradle to grave format as far as assigning goes. Also any pit falls to watch out for?
