Yes there are several ways to owner finance a property without the seller deeding you the property.

A contract for deed is a contract between a seller and buyer which states that the buyer will make payments to the seller for a period of time until all payments are made and then the seller will sign a deed to the buyer conveying legal title.

True seller financing is when the seller will allow you to give him a promissary note secured my a mortgage and immedietly
signs the deed over to you giving the buyer true legal title.

I bought my first property on CFD and just assigned my contract for 11,000. So in a sence you can sell a cfd property.

No I just sold my contract. I made it very clear when In my CFD that the contract was freely assignable.

Looks like someone is showing off a little.

I agree with you, there are all kinds of ways to make money in this industry...

    Form a Corporation.
In california it cost 115.00 to file a Corporation,

Have the corp as the original buyer and then sell the shares of the corp to the new buyer on an option contract.

    Seems simple to me
