Have A Property I Need To Wholesale/ NJ

4 unit in Paterson NJ, needs interior rehab. I did the siding and roof. Don't have the time. I have many other properties in central NJ, and this one is out of the way. Asking 150,000 (nego) after repair value is 200-220,000.

    You should advertise this in the TCI Realty you will get more people to look at your offer. Also when you do list the amount of repairs that need to be done so they can get a clearer picture of the profit.
