I think they are all pretty similar. I went with tenant verification (TVS) and it worked fine. Citi was a little cheaper but my prospectives have to pay the fee so that wasn't much of an issue. No charge if you get ripped off for more than 200.00 with TVS. Not sure about the others if you need to report them to the credit bureaus
Yes I have used citicredit before and they have given quick and reliable service that is relatively inexpensive and easy to set up. They also offer an online management system with their website that allows you to tie certain reports with specific properties as well as some other helpful resources.

I use the progam through Mr. Landlord. Credit reports are only $9.95...the best deal I could find.
