Has Anyone Sold Pre-forclosure Lists?
I'll try and keep this short and to the point. I have been involved in Real-estate investing for about a year, and so far it has gone well and been a great learning experience. One of the hardest things I have found is getting good leads on property's in the forclosure process. I have found that the most accurate, up to date information comes straight from the "Register of Deeds" office. I have only seen one ad on a local website for someone selling pre-forclosure lists. I was thinking about running one myself in a few local papers and websites. The one ad I saw has been running consistantly for a long time. Any feedback anyone could give would be greatly appreciated.
