Has Anyone Heard Of Turco Financial Company?

Their website is ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's*** and they say that they're going to provide consultation and guidance for upto 1yr for a fee of $225.00.
Not sure what to make of it......

Does anyone have any experience with this company?

Thanks for your response,
Reseeker.

I know this is an old post, but my partner stumbled across their site too. Has anyone dealt with them? If so, what is your experience?

    Thanks.

I have not, but if they say "they're going to provide consultation and guidance for upto 1yr for a fee of $225.00.", how much consultation and guidance can you really expect, and how specialized? They probably offer unlimited email consultation, but what does it matter if you have someone in California trying to advise you on how to do real estate in Michigan? Don't you really need help from someone who is already successful IN YOUR STATE? All state laws vary, and since real estate is quite litigious, I would suggest you find out as quickly as you can through your contacts, local investor meetings, websites, etc. WHO that person is, and do all you can to offer them value to be mentored by them - in other words, give something more in the exchange to make it worth their while.

    I wish you luck, Dave
