Has Anyone Hear Of These Guys?

I met a guy that works with Realnet. They are basically a turnkey operation that secures rehab properties, supplies you with hard money, contractors, loans, closings, the whole 9 yards. They claim they can usually get you deals with equity in the 20-35% range not including closing costs. They seem reputable, but what are some of the catches they're not telling me? Does anyone have experience with Realnet or companies like it?

Could be working the condemned property lists from the local building department. Or they are buying up tax delinq properties prior to tax sale, Or they have found a way to do a five payment tax plan to hold up sale then pedel the properties to investors.

Just what is it they offer and what do they want from you. Seems they are self contained and should need no one.

Check it out a little and post back. Very curious.

I've tried to work with that Realnet group and Atlanta before. Really arroganant, when I tried to work with them. Instead of showing me houses, they insisted that I come down to their office DURING the day, taking time off from work, so they could explain "THEIR" system. I hear they mainly buy foreclosures and resell them.

Oh, and there's SEVERAL goups here in Atl. that do the exact same thing. Some of'em will even do the fix ups for you, THEN sell it to you, however you want to do it. Just about all of them price the house so high, you can't really do anything with it, and if it's not priced so high, then it's in places where you can't go, 'cause you'll get shot. lol

Good luck dealing with those guys....

Thanks for the info jam. What are some of the other companies in Atlanta that you've worked with? Did you think it was easier and more cost effective to just do a project yourself?
