Has Anyone Ever Heard Of A Bank.....
Not sure which forum to post this in.
I have heard a lot about investors going to current owners and offering to make the monthly payments on the house and do the repair work and then splitting the profit when the house sells. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a bank or private lender doing this? Is it even legal?
Say they have a fixer upper just sitting. If I offer to go in and repair the home (not live in it thought) and in the meantime even make monthly payments to them. Then split the profit upon sale of the house. In other words partnering up with the bank.
Just curious if it has or could be done.
