Has Anyone Done A Short Sale With Chase

I was trying to find out has anyone done a short sale with Chase out of Houston..
Might have a short sale deal that I will be working on.. I wanted to find out does Chase require the house to be listed with a Realtor for a few mos, and if so then how do you go about doing a short sale like this.? Also if the loan was a FHA... Thanks
yes, Chase requires that the house be listed. As to your second question, FHA loans require that that the seller qualify for the shortsale and participate in debt counseling services. Have the loss mitigation department fax you the necessary forms.
