Has Anybody Dealt With American Residential?
I have a seller whose 1st and 2nd mortgages were brought by American residential. Now that American residential is moving to foreclose the property, she filed for ch 13 about couple of months ago and was dismissed 2 weeks ago. Now I am in the picture and need to talk to American residential to negotiate a SS.
Never talked to them before and want to find out if any of you did.
