Where can I find some non-conventional, non-bank non-mortgage company money to fix up a property I own? This is not your normal situation. There are 2 legal lots and 2 separate homes where there was once just a home with a huge detached, well built 3 car garage. This property is in Port Aransas, Texas where the rental income is awesome and to finish the garage conversion and continue renting for a couple more years makes the most of the investment. Only $150,000.00 is owed. Bad credit due to a problem that is not going to be solved overnight has made it impossible to move forward. :-?
