Hard Money Lending
General question - where on this site (if anywhere) is the process of MAKING hard money loans covered? I have a seller that is in foreclosure and needs $X to get out of foreclosure and get a refi. There is a fair bit of equity in the house. I could get either paid off quickly for a nice profit or end up with the house if they do not change their ways.
I've never done this and dont know where on the site to ask for help. Thx.
