Hard Money Lending Questions
I am a landlord myself and also have one friend that does real estate investing that I give short term(1month) loans to a few times a year. My question is, how do I find more people to lend to. Also what is the process for making sure you can get your money back(or some of it) if they dont pay.
The loans that I give my friend are less tha n20k and around one month payback, would it be hard to find other people interested in these low numbers/times?
