just saw your message, hard money lenders are hard to find in virginia (i know because Im from Norfolk) due to foreclosing laws, what exactly do you need a hard money lender for?
thanks for the info. i use a hardmoney lender to purchase the properties i rehab most of the time they are condemed and a bank want talk to me about this type of property. Also im from norfolk

Thats funny I don't live anywhere close to Virginia and I know of one that is in the area. Not counting the fact that I know of some that lend in Virginia.
What is the local (VA) foreclosure issues that would prevent or restrict HML deals?
