Hard Money Lender Needed

I am looking for a hard money lender or private investor. I have mobile homes 1999 and newer that I can setup on land and resell. I also have lenders that will do sub-prime. Like 550 score and above. I can get 90% LTV and carry a 5% second. The buyer would only have to put 5% down. I would have a low LTV I could even sell the note and take a discount and still profit. I need the money to purchase the house between 14-17k. I would have around 40k in the home and land. It would sell for 70k to 80k.
