I'm sort of new to rehabs and am in need of a handlyman/rehab person in the Baltimore area. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get someone? All replies appreciated
Iam in Howard county....Iam a plumber and am new to REI as well...I would suggest looking in the yellow pages for contractors in your area, Most of the time if you call several, they will bid for your job, if its extensive enough...if its light rehab, get a handyman service or hire a licensed tradesmen

Try to find the major wholesale supply shops in yrou area. Each area has its own wholesale roofing company, sheetrock supplier, plumbing supply, etc - either talk to the sales people in these shops asking for the names of some of their better new customers, or just try to post a sign requesting bids on projects.

Once you get started, it'll become much easier.
