Greetings...New To TCI
New to the board. I have a few investments in NYC. I have been trusting the E. New York section of brooklyn. Quick deals...fast flips. I am a contractor so it helps. I put in 30-40k and double that for the resale. Not lighting the world on fire but again, these are quick in and out deals.
I am also in total agreement with BedStuy. Little known fact...2 of the ten best Bed and Breakfasts in NYC (yes they exist) just opened in BedStuy. Keep an eye on that area.
Lastly, I have a few deals pending in Far Rockaway. One of them is a pretty big project (10 million +) but the others are in and out flips.
Good Luck Guys.
It has been my experience that TCI does not like you pushing products that are not sold on TCI. I am sure part of it is financial, but the other part is that then every Ron, Jeff, and Robyn who had something to sell would tell everyone how great it is. The forum would become one big piece of spam.
I understand that and am interested if sharing my experiences with others on this board falls into that grouping of frowned upon activities? I was not selling anything, just telling people how much that program helped me to "get my head straight" so to speak.
I would still like to hear from the moderator who deleted the post.
Also a suggestion for the webmaster/moderators: when a topic/post is deleted can the reason or rule violated be mentioned in the email that is sent? That would help keep everyone informed as to what is acceptable and what is not...and also why a moderator felt there was a violation. This just seems like it would help everyone out and keep this a great community.
Posting a testimonial in the forums is a form of advertising. I am guessing that the provider of the service or material is not a paid advertiser on this website, so your post was deleted as advertising.
Just my guess until a moderator confirms why your post was deleted
