Great Deal On A Foreclosure
My partner recently found a foreclosure on the MLS. The house is about 3200 sq ft. It has a two car garage, swimming pool, and about five acres of land. He put in an offer for 85K. The offer was declined so he ended up offering 95K and it was accepted. Well the HUD was sent over the other day and the sales price was 85K. Even though he would have loved to only paid that for it he called the bank that owned the property and let them know of the problem. Their answer, ROLL WITH IT!! They said that they were ready to close the deal that day so he picked it up for 85. I just sold the house to one of my buyers for 125K. We did absolutely no work to this house. We haven't even cut the grass. Search the MLS....there are deals out there.
