Great Atlanta Location

First off i am not a developer, I have just entered the real estate business and I am dealing with low income housing right now. However, I thought I would put you big dogs on...the block I live on, canterbury rd in Atlanta, is a great location, in between lenox and sydney marcus, with two huge developments and a few small single family houses with huge lots already starting to be bought up...well yesterday I noticed a for sale by owner sign go up on the biggest lot (must have at least 2 - 5 acres) so big you cant even see the house from the street. Looks to me like a sick development opportunity....
