Grant's for Rehab
Although I have contacted my local HUD office in NJ 3 times and talked to 3 different people, I seem to get the run around and no one seems to be able to give me clear instructions. I am looking for Grants that I can use in the rehab of properties in designated , distressed areas in NJ. These properties will then be used for section 8. What is the title of this grant? How long is the approval process? And just how hard is it to get one? I guess if it were easy, everyone would be doing it. Your comments will be appreciated!!!!!!

I don't do them and don't know a lot about them but I think you are looking for a Title 1 (one) loan. Last I heard was about $17,000.

Just noticed that you are from Vegas. I was there in 1979 and returned for the 2nd time last month. What a differance!!! I could not believe the amount of development!!! You and $CASH$ need to slow down!!!!!! The desert is only so big!!

The nice thing about Vegas is they keep on building houses and casinos.
People keep on buying those new houses, then visit the casinos.

if your looking for grants try looking up matthew lesko i recently bought his book free money to change your life i called a few numbers and they were very helpfull
