Oh Canada
So a buddy of mine just spent two hours over Dim Sum bending my ear about housing costs in certain parts of Canada. He says prices are high, Labor costs just as high, but the regulatory environment friendly but he thinks there is a substantial opportunity.
My Canadian experience is pretty limited (a couple of weeks here and there on vacation from time to time) so my first question is about regulation. Anybody done any development north of the border? How tough is it? How different from US?
