They owed 145K, the house was listed for 175K. It needed repairs, not big ones, big I made them big. The area is selling houses in the 185K plus range. They wanted 10K for their equity and I gave them 8K.
I'm making up their back payments, they have uhaul money, and they can move when they are ready (which is in nov.) They now have some peace of mind when it comes to the house so now they can move on. The Realtor husband actually called and asked if I had any houses for sale that he could move into.
