Got My License!
Hi everyone, well I went out and got my RE license, Im with a broker, and I want to know the best thing to do to get going with my investing using my lisence. My broker seems kind of old fashioned about lease options and things like that. Thanks in advance!!

I would suggest contacting other investors and start offering the expired MLS listings, so you can make some commissions. Then I would advertise in the paper as an "investor friendly realtor" . You will then have a paycheck while you can cherry pick the ones best suited for yourself.
