One that WILL NOT tell me "you can't do that" simply because he doesnt know any better, and its not his "customary" way. Also a good title company is needed too!
As of yet, nothing. Because, I've not really shopped for one yet. But I know from past experience and many other will attest to this, that by far the vast majority of lawyers are clueless when it comes to handling creative REI.

You use any of these guys? I dont see on anyones creditionals that they are investors or work with them.
I guess I should go network with my local rei club and find out from them.
thanks,

GW that is a good idea, local investors offer more precise information for some circumstances. also, make some phone calls, if you ask the right questions, it won't take you long to find the right person.

There's a good attorney/title company that I use. His office is in Palm Harbor, FL. His name is Michael Guju and he owns Investor's title. I find them to be on the side of the investor doing creative real estate. Also a good REI club in your area is Wealth Builders. If you go to my profile and email me, I will give you the phone numbers to Investor's title and Wealth Builders.
Eric, WealthBuilders, thats the one I was looking at joining, I just wish they had meetings on this side of the bay.
That's the only thing stopping me from joining at this point
How many members show up at any one meeting? It well coordinated? or just a bunch of people drinking coffee and milling around?
I noticed scott risters gonna be at the next one, I figured that would be a good first meeting to attend.
I noticed on the same site, they mentioned investors title also. I will contact them both and follow up. Thanks !!
