Good Postcard??

I am new to here and also fairly new to real estate investment. I have been talking to several people in preforeclosure...but I have not purchased anything yet (since there was no profit). Do anyone know any good postcard examples to attract motivated sellers?

    Kyle,

That's a good, direct postcard. When you do your mailings, do you do them once or do you have a multiple mailing approach?

If you do more than one mailing, do you send out the same card again or alter the message a little.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers,

    Jeff

The good things about postcards are: that everyone reads them. They don't need to be opened. They're cheaper postage. There's a savings on the 3%-5% of undeliverable, returned cards.

The bad thing about postcards is that everyone reads www.them.The mailman, the neighbors, the house guests, the entire family----everyone.

Therefore, when sending cards, the message has to be inoffensive and generic. I feel it it inadvisable to mail postcards which specifically targets defaultees.

John Locke has a good general post card.
