Good Place To Find Free R.E. Forms

Under the "freebies" section, TCI has some good R.E. forms on this website. Here's a link to another good and bigger assortment of real estate forms for buying, selling, L/O, renting, etc. that I just found. You can even cut and paste the text into a Word file for adjusting and printing; some other sites somehow able to block you from doing this.

They look pretty good, though I can't vouch that they're perfect. Most will need a little tweaking here and there (you'll want to add "subject to," and "or assigns," clauses, for example) but they seem to be a very good start for newer investors who want something to bring to their lawyer for review and adjustment to their state's peculiarities. This review is important--some would say essential--and is a good investment in these days of rampant litigation. Hope this helps those in the info gathering stage; I know getting the paperwork together was part of my anxiety early on. If anyone knows of other sites, esp. with state specific forms (good luck!), that would be a great addition.
