Going To Auction/want To Buy
I have questions? This house is in the sheriff's possession now (date has been set). I asked the owner if she would be willing to sell me her house ( this was before got to sheriff), she said the house was not for sell. I would like to buy the house before the auction. Now that the sheriff has it, can I buy the property from the lender or do I have to buy it from the original owner before auction. I really want to get this property. Also I live in Louisiana.
