Getting Started
Just wanted to get a little information on getting started in REI. Not a lot of money to invest and I live in MI (where there are a ton of houses for sale and not a lot of buyers). Any opinions on the best way to get started, birddogging, wholesaling, lease option?? Is anyone making money in REI in MI? Thanks

Casco is a small township (rural area) about 45-50 miles north of Detroit. Why are you following the Detroit market?
