Getting Redemption Rights.

I'm checking newspapers and the courthouse for foreclosures. There is one I'm interested in and would like to see if the people would consider selling me the redemption rights. I'm located in Kansas the people usually have 3 months. The property is still being put in the paper for the third time. They have till March 8 to reply. I've tried to get ahold of the mortgage company but noone will call me back. I really appreciate any advise you could give me. Thanks. smile

    Q. When you redeem in Kansas, what happens to junior liens.... are they reinstated, too?

I'm only asking to see if you think that buying the ROR is the most prudent course of action....

Jurior Leins could redemp, what I do is check the courthouse records to see how much the lein amount is, on this particular home there is only one lein showing up. The reason I ask is there was another house I was interested in and some company called **properties LLC already had the redemption rights. It would be really nice if I could see the house and offer the people a $1000.00 bucks to sign over the rights of redemption as well as move out earlier. Thanks to anyone who answers me I have only had experience with one home I bought at aution.
