we have a home under contract and also a tenant with a section 8 coupon for about 1200$, but not the cash to close ?
Property Details as follows
3/1.5 in Working Class Neighborhood
Rehab cost not more than $9K.
Contracted at 77K
How can we market this, appreciate any inputs
