Getting Financing After Assignment Of Contract?
I got a contract on a home, did a contact assignment with a willing buyer.
The problem is , that their Mortgage Company said, that they won't get involved in "Flipping", and I have to go on a chain of title.
Is there any way to avoid that? Any www.Mort.Company out there who would do it without me getting on the chain of title?
Any advise, referral would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
P.S I'm in Texas.
