Getting Cold Feet About South Carolina Deal
Anyone know much about Western South Carolina,about 5 miles from Lake Kiewee
It is Clemson Seneca area.
Can I get a rent of $750m/ per unit for a brand new 2bedroom one bath unit on a gorgeous lot. These are two duplexes.
I would be new to the area and have to make a move to get things started as far a renters go.
I also think I want to build 2 more duplexes on the adjacent lot
I do not want to be sorry.
Has anyone just "went for it"
I have explored many facters and I do have a plan for the exit in 5 yrs. So far everythng checks good , except I need a "push"

I did go see the property twice and spent several days there. I was almost convinced to buy but then I found that the builder did not use the foil underlap over the framing before adding the vinyl siding and the vinyl siding was stuck on shabbily I was afraid of moisture etc. Seems the builder let a couple young guys do the building and he supervised but it just turned out to be shabbily built but the setting and the town was great. I felt real bad that I could not complete the deal. Maybe nest time
