Getting A Rental License On A Property Held In Trust
I hope someone can help me with this situation.
I have applied for a rental license in the state of Minnesota for a property that is in a Land Trust. The City is requiring that I provide the personal information on the "owner" of the property such as DOB and address. Since the house is owned by a trust how should I handle this situation? I dont want to dislose the beneficaries. I did provide this information on the person who will be managing the property as a contact person, I would think that should be enough, or am I wrong?

Actually, the trust is not the owner of the property. Whenever you have a trust in place, the titled owner of the property is the trustee of the trust.
Will your trustee supply the required information?
