Georgia Or Alabama
Hi all,
I live in Port St. Lucie Florida. We’ve just recovered from rehabbing 12 houses up north. Florida being in the real estate dilemma that it is in (to many houses on the market along with major insurance issues) has me thinking Georgia or Alabama. I was looking for a site that offered real estate demographics or information, in particular average days on the market.
Maybe someone knows of a site like that or can recommend some areas I should start researching with a even (Buyer/sellers) Market.
