You ought to learn how to search this stuff out for yourself. In about three minutes tops starting with Google you should have found this site: http://www.legis.state.ga.us/legis/GaCode/index.htm
Georgia is kind enough to have each title as a .pdf document. Download title 44, open it with Acrobat Reader, and search for the word "foreclosure". I turned up 76 matches for the word. Figure out what applies to preforeclosures by reading it. It will probably be very dull and boring, but worth it if it keeps you out of trouble.
