Funding
Ive got a grasp of how this works,and im intriguied to try, however I am a polie officer and am barely meeting the bills. I know it doesnt take money to make money, however my resources are limited. I live in an economically depressed region (S.E. USA) that is rural. Where can I find investment capital to start?
