Of all the FSBO sites out there does anyone know which is the most competitive fee for listing in the MLS? I've heard that there are sites out there that charge $150 but the best I have found so far is circa $275.
I don't know about companies, but you can always negotiate with a local realtor. I know of one in my area that will list it for a few hundred bucks and no commission.

I am new here and feel kinda stupid asking this but what does MLS stand for? I keep seeing it but haven't seen what it is.

Multiple Listing Service - the database used by realtors
check-out www.homesbylender.com. It is a new free website designed for FSBOs. I must admit that it is designed for use by mortgage professionals as a marketing tool. However, it offers an extra avenue of marketing, it is free, and a loan officer can help pre-qual and finance your buyers/renters.
No advertising, I just came across this site a few days a ago and it is going national.

Thank you very much. I felt really silly asking that.
