It may be more effective to call them? If they are interested in working with you, you will know right away. By talking with them, you will know what to put down on paper to send to them.
There's a course on this site that gives you some sample letters to use. I'm not sure if they are FSBO letters but I know they are preforeclosure letters, but you can tweek them to the way you like.
