Friends Apartment Is In Preforclosure
My friend is renting an apartment in brooklyn ny her landlord went into forclosure recently but hes no where to be found she is interested in buying the house. however the house is not on the market. only the bank and other realtors are aware of the forclosure how does she approach the bank and make an offer to purchase? thanks ahead of time.
